Colors that hold a room without raising their voice.
QVi Art is the travel-photography practice of QVi — a photographer moving between Korea, the United States, and Japan, and based in Seattle, Washington. The work lives at the meeting point of landscape and abstraction — dunes, fog, silent architecture, the last light on sand — reduced until only the feeling of a place remains.
Each frame is made quietly, on the road, and printed with the same restraint: color that seems to come from within the image rather than shout from it. The result is meant to be lived with — pictures that change with the light of your own room across a day.
On editions & prints
Every photograph is a numbered, limited edition, printed to order on archival cotton-rag paper — nothing sits in storage. Open-edition art postcards are the one exception. Buying a print gives you the piece to enjoy; the photograph itself remains the artist's copyright.
